What You’ll Do

  • Learn to lead discovery and qualification conversations with senior executives, while developing your consulting expertise.
  • Orchestrate project workstreams, resources, timelines and deliverables as you’re learning how to design and sell new work.
  • Architect creative solutions that integrate Gallup’s research, people and tools to solve client‑specific challenges.
  • Collaborate with methodologists, researchers and delivery teams early in pursuits to ensure technical credibility, confident scoping and executable statements of work.
  • Grow into achieving consultative sales goals, with key metrics including bookings, revenue and client impact.
  • Develop domain expertise and represent Gallup at industry forums, roundtables and client events, leveraging Gallup research to open commercial conversations.

What You Need

  • Full fluency in Arabic and English required; must be able to communicate effectively with clients in both languages.
  • At least two years of client‑facing professional services experience required, including experience working with clients in GCC countries.
  • A proven track record of cultivating business development opportunities that lead to successful client engagements within a consultancy, donor‑funded or public‑sector context required.
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time required.
  • A commitment to working on‑site at Gallup’s London office at least three days per week required when not traveling.
  • Should be open to potential relocation to the UAE in the future.
