What You’ll Do
As an associate consultant, you will partner with senior advisers to:
- Become proficient in Gallup’s offerings and services
- Use consulting frameworks to discover client needs
- Analyze data to uncover insights and deliver results-driven recommendations
- Influence leaders and teams by building deep client relationships
- Manage detailed change initiatives and produce high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate to develop, present and facilitate executive sessions
- Learn how to design lasting solutions that foster growth and impact

What You Need
- Full fluency in English, Dutch and German required; must be able to communicate effectively with clients in any of these languages on day one
- At least one year of experience in project management; client management; business development; data analytics; fundraising; recruitment; sales; and/or entrepreneurial efforts in school, volunteering, internships or professional work
- Demonstrated leadership experience and outstanding performance in education, volunteer activities and professional work
- A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s London office at least three days a week required
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
