Are you an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator ready to make your mark in a fast-paced, community-focused agency? Galloway\’s Estate Agents is looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our West Norwood office.
We’ve proudly served the local community for over 30 years, and as an independent estate agency, we value local knowledge, genuine relationships, and providing an exceptional level of service.
About the Role:
Based at our flagship West Norwood branch, you will:
- Conduct sales and lettings viewings, valuations, and market appraisals
- Register applicants and match them with suitable properties
- Negotiate offers and manage transactions through to completion
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide honest, expert advice to vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and internal processes
About You:
- 2+ years\’ experience in residential sales and/or lettings
- Local area knowledge of West Norwood and the surrounding South London is an advantage
- Self-motivated, personable, and highly organised
- Excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills
- A full UK driving licence and your own car are essential
