Galloway Vets is a large, mixed veterinary practice based in Kirkcudbright. We are looking for a receptionist to join our busy admin team.

Hours: Min. 30 hours per week

Term: Permanent

Role overview:

  • Greeting clients and visitors.
  • Answering phones and booking appointments.
  • Responding to queries via phone, email and in person.
  • Taking payments.
  • Monitoring stock.
  • Dispensing medication.
