We are hiring an Analyst – Sales Demand to join our Demand Planning team and drive accurate, data‑driven sales forecasts that improve service.
The ideal candidate will need experience in demand planning/forecasting or commercial analytics skills, excellent stakeholder communication, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Hybrid working based in our Uxbridge office. Please note this role will require full UK right to work as this role is not sponsored.
Role Functions:- Assists in balancing demand and supply, alignment of volume, mix, and shipping timing while supporting the financial and strategic plan.
- Provides support for the regional S&OP monthly meetings, including pre‑alignment with account managers, sales, finance director, and senior leadership.
- Supports the preparation of the monthly Demand deck for regional leadership.
- Helps ensure data generated by sales is accurate and suitable for the S&OP process and presentation to senior leadership.
- Contributes to the aggregation of the demand process, producing short‑ and long‑term forecasts and collaborates with supply planning to align production, inventory, and shipments with the regional forecast.
- Assists in identifying, monitoring, and reporting assumptions, risks, and opportunities related to gap‑to‑strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of experience in relevant function experience in demand, forecasting, operations, supply chain, IT, accounting, finance, or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Skilled in Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, etc.).
- Familiarity with SAP and SAP IBP systems, or similar.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting general market and economic conditions.
- Experience effectively presenting information and responding to questions.
- Strong analytical skills.
