Galliard Estate Management (GEM) is our in-house property management business, responsible for managing over 35 developments across a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed-use schemes, from high-rise to high-end, covering both private and affordable properties.
The Position: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our Galliard Estate Management (GEM) team based at our Head Office in Loughton. Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, you will work closely alongside an Assistant Property Manager, a Property Administrator, and the Service Charge Accounts team to ensure the smooth and efficient management of a portfolio of mixed-use developments.
As a key member of the team, you will take ownership of day-to-day management activities while also supporting longer-term planning and the mobilisation of new schemes approaching practical completion. Acting as the main point of contact for residents, contractors, and stakeholders, you will ensure your portfolio is managed effectively and efficiently.
