Neptune Operations Limited, a subsidiary owned by Galliard Homes and managed by Sable Capital, are mobilising the Neptune Wharf Build-to-Rent team, responsible for 139 high specification furnished apartments, as well as a variety of carefully curated amenity spaces for residents to use.
The Neptune Wharf development, based in Deptford, offers a total of 199 residential units split across Build-to-Rent, Open Market Sales, and affordable accommodation. There is a further 19,000 square feet of commercial space across multiple units that will help activate the streetscape, as well as direct frontage onto 15 acres of beautiful tree‐lined park.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Building Manager to head up the onsite team and assume responsibility for delivering the overall operating strategy. The role is based full‐time within the development, with overall operational accountability for the building and its staff. Critical components of the role include building the Neptune Wharf BTR brand and community, supporting leasing activities during peak periods, and identifying opportunities to maximise net operating income.
You will be responsible for the following duties:
- Daily site inspections to ensure all external and internal communal areas are presentable.
