Our exceptional and outstanding team ensures everyone is supported – here’s how:
- A truly multi-disciplinary in-house team of Doctors, ANPs, Prescribing Nurses, Clinical Pharmacists, MSK FCPs, Social Prescribers, Care Coordinators, Health and Wellbeing Coaches, Welfare Counsellors; along with many other in-house services such as MH/CPN services and our Specialist Neighbourhood Nursing team.
- All have same day bookable appointments for you to use ensuring your time is spent with the right patients via 15 minute, telephone and face to face appointments providing 24 patient contacts per day.
- All patient contacts are triaged by experienced clinicians using AccuRx to ensure patients are directed to the most appropriate specialist.
- Protected time daily to meet as a team for coffee/opportunity to discuss cases with colleagues.
- Our team of workflow administrators, referral secretaries, Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Techs and many others are here to assist, ensuring you only manage the absolute minimum of workflow and medicine management tasks daily – usually no more than 5-7 letters daily.

The T’s and C’s:
We are looking for a long-term relationship. To reflect this the salary is £11,803 per session + BMA model contract + indemnity + £1,000 annual training grant + 35 days leave and BH + 2 study days + NHS Pension.
Location: Bourne, Lincolnshire, PE10 9BT. Small, friendly rural town. Easy access to the A1 and East Midlands motorway networks. 25 Minutes from Peterborough main North/South train line. 90 mins to the bright lights of London. 60 mins to the relaxing East Coast of Lincolnshire/Norfolk.

Your Role: Between 4 - 6 Sessions per week, sensibly planned with breathing space built in. Supported and encouraged to develop specialist interests. Clinical autonomy within a forward thinking, progressive team that always has your back and values your contribution. Minimal home visits which are shared throughout the team. We like to plan rotas early, adapt workloads intelligently and design systems that reduce stress rather than rebrand it.
