We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead projects from initial enquiry and pre-construction through to completion, handover and aftercare. Reporting directly to the Directors, you will take full responsibility for the commercial, operational and client-facing aspects of multiple projects, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of quality, programme and financial performance.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing pre-construction activities, tendering, procurement, contract administration, cost control, valuations, variations and project delivery. This is a leadership position suited to an ambitious individual with strong commercial acumen.
