We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Project Manager / Client Executive to join our growing team at Profile 360 Estate Care (formerly Gallery Maintenance). This is a fantastic opportunity to work within the high-end and super-prime residential sector, delivering exceptional service to UHNW and HNW clients across some of London’s most prestigious homes.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for managing maintenance projects from post-refurbishment handover through to ongoing aftercare, ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout. The role combines project management, client relationship management, and technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing projects from completion through snagging into maintenance
- Pricing and delivering detailed maintenance plans
- Managing valuations and additional works
- Coordinating larger maintenance projects (kitchens, bathrooms, MEP, etc.)
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Managing subcontractors and labour
- Liaising with consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Providing regular updates to clients and senior management
- Driving quality, progress tracking, and problem-solving
- Supporting digital improvements within maintenance processes
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years’ experience in property maintenance
- 5+ years in a management role
- Experience within prime / luxury residential (highly desirable)
- Strong client-facing skills (comfortable working with UHNW clients and teams)
- Project/Property Management qualification (PMP or similar preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge across construction & maintenance
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
