We’re looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team, delivering high-end and super-prime residential refurbishment and maintenance projects across London.
This is a great opportunity to work on prestigious properties, supporting projects from pre-construction through to completion and aftercare, while learning directly from experienced directors in a quality-driven, client-focused environment.
About the Role
You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle, supporting refurbishment projects ranging from £100k to £3m+, as well as contributing to our expanding maintenance/aftercare division.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting projects from inception through to handover and beyond
- Assisting with subcontractor selection and coordination
- Preparing valuations and supporting variations management
- Supporting delivery of refurbishment and maintenance works
- Managing contractor design packages (e.g. MEP, joinery, structural)
- Attending site visits, taking measurements, and monitoring progress
- Supporting site and design team meetings
- Helping ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality
- Assisting with reporting, problem-solving, and general project coordination
- Supporting business development and marketing activities
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction/project management
- Experience within prime residential (advantageous)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, hardworking, and eager to learn
