We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our growing team, delivering high-end and super-prime residential refurbishment projects across London. This is a great opportunity to work on prestigious properties, managing projects ranging from £100k to £3m+, within a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards expected in the prime residential sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day site operations on high-end fit-out projects
- Liaising with Project Managers, clients, and directors
- Identifying and resolving setting out or design issues
- Managing RFIs and variations
- Overseeing labour, subcontractors, and site resources
- Monitoring programme, quality, and site performance
- Reporting regularly on progress and project delivery
- Proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction
- Proven experience in high-end / prime residential projects
- Strong knowledge of bespoke joinery, stone, and bathroom fit-outs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
