Café Objets is a gallery-integrated café inside Galleria Objets. It exists to bring daily life into the gallery — bridging people, culture, and routine. We're looking for someone to take ownership of this space and run it as their own. This is not a barista job. It's a self-managed micro‑business within a creative environment. You'll be responsible for daily operations, customer experience, stock, cleanliness, and growing the café's revenue. In return, you earn a direct share of everything you bring in — with no cap.

What You’ll Do

  • Run the café end‑to‑end: open and close reliably each day, serve customers with energy and care, keep the space immaculate, manage your own stock and supplies, and look for ways to make the café better.
  • Propose ideas, experiment with small activations, and help shape the identity of the space.

How It Works

You earn 30% of daily revenue from day one. At a daily revenue of £150–£200, that's £45–£60 per day — and it grows as you grow the business. The gallery provides the space, the coffee machine, the brand context, and an existing audience. You bring the reliability, initiative, and energy.

A 2–4 week trial allows both sides to assess fit. If it's not right, either party can walk away.

Who This Is For

  • Highly reliable
  • Self‑driven
  • Comfortable with uncertainty
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Interest in art or culture

If you're looking for a fixed salary with low responsibility, this isn't the right fit. If you want to build something and earn what you put in, we'd love to hear from you.
