As Site Manager, you will take ownership of projects from mobilisation through to handover, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the high standards our clients expect. Leading site teams, subcontractors and suppliers. • Driving health, safety, quality and environmental standards. • Monitoring progress and reporting to the Contracts Manager. • Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders. • Identifying project risks and implementing solutions. • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. Proven Site Management experience within the construction industry. ✔ Experience delivering projects as a Principal Contractor. ✔ Ability to manage subcontractors, programmes and client expectations. ✔ Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability. ✔ SMSTS. ✔ Valid CSCS Card. ✔ Full UK Driving Licence and own transport Main Contractor of the Year 2024 and 2025. • Diverse projects across education, healthcare, utilities, heritage, commercial, leisure and regeneration sectors. • Ongoing investment in training and professional development. • Genuine opportunities for career progression. • Outstanding health and safety performance.
