As Site Manager, you will take ownership of projects from mobilisation through to handover, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the high standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day site operations from mobilisation to completion.
  • Leading site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Driving health, safety, quality and environmental standards.
  • Managing site programmes, logistics and resources.
  • Monitoring progress and reporting to the Contracts Manager.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
  • Identifying project risks and implementing solutions.
  • Managing labour, plant and materials efficiently.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven Site Management experience within the construction industry.
  • Experience delivering projects as a Principal Contractor.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent health and safety knowledge.
  • Ability to manage subcontractors, programmes and client expectations.
  • Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
  • SMSTS.
  • Valid CSCS Card.
  • First Aid at Work.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and own transport.
