Gallardo Securities is a leading independent London‐based brokerage specialising in equity derivatives and fixed income markets. As we continue to expand our London operation and launch our Dubai office, we're looking for an ambitious In‐House Recruiter to play a key role in expanding our front‐office teams. This is an opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and have a genuine impact on the growth of the business.

What you'll do:

  • Identify, engage and attract high‐calibre brokers across equity derivatives and fixed income markets
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines across London and Dubai
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial approach through to offer and onboarding
  • Develop market intelligence across interdealer brokers, boutique brokerages and wider financial markets firms
  • Partner closely with management on hiring strategy, workforce planning and growth initiatives

What we're looking for:

  • 2–5 years' experience in financial services recruitment, either agency or in‐house
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, sales & trading, interdealer broking or capital markets recruitment
  • Demonstrable track record of sourcing and placing front‐office professionals
  • Previous experience recruiting brokers, sales traders, or other front‐office financial markets professionals is highly desirable
  • Experience recruiting internationally
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast‐growing environment
  • Candidates from financial services search firms and specialist broking recruitment boutiques are particularly encouraged to apply

  • £50,000–£70,000 base salary + performance based bonus
