We are seeking a world-class, ambitious, and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with an eye for 'out of the box' thinking to join our growing Bid Management team. Someone who has outgrown their current role and wants total autonomy to develop world-class market-leading creative design solutions across a diverse array of media. You should be a highly motivated individual who is passionate about your work and has a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for supporting the production of the brand and marketing collateral across both print and digital platforms.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Following internal client briefing, translate initial ideas into creative engaging and informative reports and presentations and create original graphic content for a wide variety of external and internal audiences.
  • Format and tidy existing presentations/proposals/sales material, redesigning slides, adding animation and creating infographics.
  • Manage and develop the creation of other marketing assets (artwork, web, word, images, video, infographics, etc).
  • Work closely with Bid Managers to ensure messaging is turned into clear and impactful visuals.
  • Project management; smoothly progress your design projects, be able to respond quickly to changes.
  • Adhere to and meet fully the expectations of Gallagher Specialty, as set out in its policies and procedures, training material, and embedded in its systems and controls.
  • Promote Gallagher Specialty brand and values to enhance reputation in the market.

About you:

  • Extensive experience in corporate graphic design experience and supporting portfolio.
  • Adobe Creative suite.
  • Advanced PowerPoint & Word skills.
  • Foleon desirable but not essential.
  • Able to demonstrate a portfolio of relevant work.
  • Insurance Broking / Financial service experience is essential.
