Overview

Are you passionate about IT risk, compliance, and governance? Join our dynamic EMEA IT Assurance & Compliance Team as an IT Assurance & Compliance Analyst and help shape the future of IT assurance across our international operations.

How you\\\'ll make an impact

Key responsibilities:

  • In this role, you’ll support the proactive management of IT risk and controls, working closely with internal and external audit teams to ensure timely and accurate evidence submission.
  • You’ll provide subject matter expertise on compliance frameworks such as SOX, Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO, and PCI DSS, and help identify and address gaps in our IT control environment.
  • You’ll play a key role in ensuring global IT policy compliance, supporting policy implementation, and managing remediation plans.
  • You’ll also assess third-party IT compliance and contribute to initiatives that align with our operational risk appetite.

About You

What we’re looking for:

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Certifications such as CISA, CISMP, or ITIL Foundation
  • 2 - 3 years’ experience in IT audits, risk management, or financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of IT and cybersecurity principles
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
  • Flexible working – this role is hybrid, with 2 – 3 days a week in our Wakefield office
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK
