Join our UK Business as a Carrier Management Support Specialist, a key role in assisting the Carrier Management Team. You will support Strategic Carrier Managers and Carrier Managers in managing insurer relationships, ensuring the delivery of agreed services, and facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
This role would suit individuals looking to start a career in the London Insurance Market and who would be passionate about supporting award winning broking teams.
This opportunity is based from our London Walbrook Office based in the heart of the City of London and you will be required to be in the office 3-4 days per week.
How you’ll make an impact

Assist with new or renewing portfolio contracts with insurer partners.

Collect and reconcile partner insurer revenue data for timely invoicing and fee collection.

Schedule and attend meetings with partner insurers to monitor service delivery.

Record and distribute meeting minutes using standard templates.

Update and provide briefing documents as needed.

Distribute quarterly packs and respond to insurer queries.

Prepare and issue meeting agendas and information packs.

Perform ad hoc tasks as required by insurer partners and Gallagher executives.

Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with insurance company representatives.

Ability to build and maintain both internal and external relationships.

Proficient in preparing and delivering presentations.
