Overview
Are you looking to start a professional career with a company that encourages growth and progression, with no experience needed?
Youâll be working as an Administration Assistant to provide support to our claims handling teams. No experience required! You\\\âll receive comprehensive training and support which will allow you to succeed in the role.
Once youâve passed your probation period, typically 3-months, youâll be able to work from home two days per week. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9am-5pm.

How you\\\âll make an impact
Your role will ne to support the claims process and provide general office administration support to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company standards and regulations.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Accurately recording, acknowledging, and closing claims using company software.
- Handling correspondence, including issuing standard letters and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
- Maintaining organised filing systems for claims folders.
- Assist with diary management and complete paperwork and correspondence accurately.
- Support general office tasks such as answering phone calls, printing, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
