About The Role
Join our growing Warwick HQ as part of the Business Administration team, supporting Gallagher Security colleagues across the UK and Europe while keeping operations running smoothly. This role is varied, hands‐on, and people‐focused. You'll sit at the heart of the Warwick office, juggling multiple priorities while keeping day‐to‐day operations running smoothly and providing trusted administrative support to sales, operations, training, and leadership teams. You'll balance strong attention to detail with relationship‐building, discretion, and a calm, organised approach in a busy environment. Your Role At a Glance
- Provide end‐to‐end business administration support for the Warwick HQ and wider European teams
- Support sales administration activities including sales analysis, filing, credit control support, and customer invoice uploads
- Assist with channel partner administration, onboarding and off‐boarding, annual certifications, and subscription billing support
- Coordinate site inspections, certifications, and administration linked to ISO and compliance requirements
- Support supplier onboarding, courier processes, Esker approvals, and invoice administration
- Coordinate office and building maintenance, car contracts, consumables, and general facilities support
- Maintain training matrices and work instructions to support ISO and internal processes
About You
We're looking for someone with solid business administration experience who enjoys working across multiple priorities and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders. You'll be organised, proactive, and comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion. You'll bring structure and follow‐through, while remaining approachable, supportive, and positive, with the opportunity to grow and develop as our European business continues to expand.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years' experience in a business administration or office support role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP or finance systems such as SAP, Concur, or Esker is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A professional, warm, and people‐focused approach
- A proactive mindset with a high level of integrity and attention to detail
