We are looking for a motivated and adaptable professional to join our digital transformation team as a System Engagement Lead. This role is all about supporting users, driving adoption, and ensuring the success of a key reinsurance platform. Whether you’re experienced in reinsurance processes or change management, we’re looking for someone eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact.
How you'll make an impact
- Engage and Support: Work with teams across the globe to ensure smooth transitions during platform implementations. Help drive adoption and measure success.
- Train and Empower: Create and deliver training programmes and materials. Keep users informed about updates and provide hands‑on support.
- Collaborate and Align: Work with analysts, system experts, and developers to turn technical changes into practical solutions. Support testing and align activities with our business goals.
- Champion Change: Build a network of Change Champions to promote platform usage and support their teams.
- Improve and Innovate: Gather user feedback, analyse adoption metrics, and enhance in‑app support tools to improve the user experience.
About You
- Expertise in Reinsurance or Change Management: If you know reinsurance, you’ll understand broking processes, placement workflows, and client servicing. If you’re a change management expert, you’ll have experience driving adoption in tech transformation projects.
- Adaptability: You’re eager to learn and develop expertise in either reinsurance or change management.
- Great Communication Skills: You’re confident speaking to people at all levels and can explain complex ideas clearly.
- Tech‑Savviness: You’re comfortable with tools like Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and WalkMe. You’re curious about systems, data, and reporting.
- Problem‑Solving Skills: You’re proactive, inquisitive, and ready to tackle challenges.
- Education: A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus, but relevant experience is just as valuable. Eligible to work in the UK.
