Weâre looking for an Operations Associate to join our team and help drive operational excellence across our Global Programs. Youâll work closely with the Operations Director, COO, and cross-functional teams to support governance, strategic priorities, and business transformation. This is your chance to play a key role in an exciting time of growth for this team, shaping and improving how we work, ensuring we deliver high-quality results for our clients and stakeholders.
How youâll make an impact:
- Coordinate and maintain governance processes, including reporting, KPIs, and risk registers.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and communications for senior stakeholders.
- Support business change initiatives and help embed improved operating practices.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure effective collaboration across teams.
- Provide operational and analytical support to address business challenges.
- Promote best practices and act as an ambassador for operational excellence.
About You:
- Experience in underwriting operations, reinsurance, bordereaux management, or MGA/MGU environments.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communication skills and can confidently engage with senior stakeholders.
- Problem-solver with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Skilled in using MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Youâre eligible to work in the UK.
