We’re looking for an Operations Associate to join our team and help drive operational excellence across our Global Programs. You’ll work closely with the Operations Director, COO, and cross‑functional teams to support governance, strategic priorities, and business transformation.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Coordinate and maintain governance processes, including reporting, KPIs, and risk registers.
  • Prepare high‑quality presentations, reports, and communications for senior stakeholders.
  • Support business change initiatives and help embed improved operating practices.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure effective collaboration across teams.
  • Provide operational and analytical support to address business challenges.
  • Promote best practices and act as an ambassador for operational excellence.

About You:

  • Experience in underwriting operations, reinsurance, bordereaux management, or MGA/MGU environments.
  • Organised, detail‑oriented, and thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Strong communication skills and can confidently engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Problem‑solver with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Skilled in using MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • You’re eligible to work in the UK.
