We’re looking for an Operations Associate to join our team and help drive operational excellence across our Global Programs. You’ll work closely with the Operations Director, COO, and cross-functional teams to support governance, strategic priorities, and business transformation.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Coordinate and maintain governance processes, including reporting, KPIs, and risk registers.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and communications for senior stakeholders.
  • Support business change initiatives and help embed improved operating practices.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure effective collaboration across teams.
  • Provide operational and analytical support to address business challenges.
  • Promote best practices and act as an ambassador for operational excellence.

About You:

  • Experience in underwriting operations, reinsurance, bordereaux management, or MGA/MGU environments.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communication skills and can confidently engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Problem-solver with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Skilled in using MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • You’re eligible to work in the UK.

  • Minimum of 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, and the option to ‘buy’ extra days.
