Join our EMEA client servicing team in Ipswich as a Claims and Pro Rata Handler! This role will focus on handling reinsurance claims and preparing data to present to clients and markets. Youâll play a key role in delivering excellent service to our clients and maintaining strong relationships.
How youâll make an impact:
- Process claims and cash call instructions promptly, ensuring clear communication with clients and reinsurers.
- Review and analyse technical documents to ensure compliance with contracts.
- Negotiate claim agreements with reinsurers and resolve queries efficiently.
- Input and monitor client figures in our accounting system, meeting key performance indicators.
- Support the preparation of presentations, renewal information, and technical advice for clients and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, reinsurers, and third parties.
- Collaborate with colleagues across teams to ensure seamless client service.
- Perform quality checks and adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
About You:
- Has A-level qualifications or relevant industry experience.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and other IT tools.
- Communicates clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- Pays attention to detail and can organise and prioritise tasks.
- Works well in a team and independently, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Manages time effectively and meets deadlines.
