Join Gallagher Re’s EMEA (Europe, Middle East and South Africa) Team as an Account Manager in Ipswich! We’re looking for a proactive and dynamic individual to manage a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional post-placement services and building strong client relationships.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Be the go-to person for your clients, brokers, and internal teams.
  • Understand your clients’ businesses and reinsurance programmes.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely updates and reports.
  • Ensure all post-placement services are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
  • Work closely with brokers and internal teams to resolve queries and address client needs.
  • Monitor contracts and programmes, raising any concerns as needed.
  • Attend client meetings, audits, and events to strengthen relationships.
  • Stay compliant with legal, regulatory, and company policies.

About You:

  • A-levels (or equivalent) and are eligible to work in the UK.
  • Knowledge of insurance/reinsurance products and services.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and have strong IT skills.
  • A great communicator, both written and verbal.
  • A good eye for detail and can organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Team player but can also work independently.
  • Eager to learn, grow, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and benefits:

  • Minimum of 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, and the option to ‘buy’ extra days.
