About the Role
We are on the lookout for a Business Analyst Team Lead to join our dynamic UK team. In this pivotal role, you will:
- Support the Finance Director and business leaders in managing revenue and driving financial performance.
- Lead and inspire a team of Business Analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Your Impact
As a Business Analyst Team Lead, you will:
- Collaborate closely with the Finance Director and business leaders to develop and deliver financial plans.
- Create a positive and inclusive workplace culture for the UK Business Analysts.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of revenue data for reliable decision-making.
- Provide insights into financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Work with teams across the business to improve processes and drive growth.
- Prepare and share regular reports on revenue, sales pipelines, and financial performance.
- Act as a key link between Gallagher Re Finance and the business unit.
