As our UK business grows, we\’re looking for a Lead Solutions Architect to help shape the future of our technology landscape. In this role, you\’ll design and deliver scalable innovative solutions that support our expansion across the UK and EMEA regions. You\’ll work closely with senior leaders and operational teams to ensure our technology strategy aligns with our ambitious growth plans. How You\’ll Make An Impact
Define and deliver solution architectures that support our UK and global business strategies.
Lead the design and deployment of scalable, secure, and compliant systems.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify needs and deliver solutions that drive business value.
Mentor and guide architects, technical leads, and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation.
Ensure all solutions meet industry standards and organisational policies.
About You
Experience designing and delivering scalable, secure solutions in complex environments.
The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
A collaborative approach to working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
A proactive mindset, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Eligibility to work in the UK and flexibility to travel between our offices in Ipswich, Chelmsford, Tamworth, and London.
