This position is to be based in either Woking or Edinburgh. How you’ll make an impact: In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of SME clients, providing tailored advice and consultancy to meet their unique needs. You’ll work closely with clients to ensure their employee benefits schemes are up-to-date and aligned with their goals. From preparing reports and presentations to assisting with scheme renewals, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality service. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and exceed client expectations. Your work will help clients protect their people, reduce risks, and achieve their organisational goals.
About You: We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a good understanding of employee benefits consultancy, including pensions, group risk, and healthcare.
- Is organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Is IT literate, with experience using Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
- Holds A-Level qualifications (or equivalent) in English and Maths. Professional qualifications in related fields are a plus.
- Is eligible to work in the UK.
