At Gallagher UK, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Associate to join our Communications Practice team. This is your chance to work alongside experienced Producers and be part of a supportive sales team that’s passionate about making a difference. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our sales operations, helping to drive business growth and build strong client relationships. You’ll work closely with our People Communications Practice team to identify and nurture new business opportunities, ensuring our clients are always informed about the latest events, thought leadership, and services we offer.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the end-to-end sales process, including preparing proposals, scheduling meetings, and managing documentation.
- Collaborating with senior Producers to gain insights into complex business development cycles and learning best practices in consultative selling.
- Assisting in planning and delivering client-facing events, webinars, and campaigns to enhance Gallagher’s market presence.
- Partnering with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with Gallagher’s brand and messaging.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospective clients through consistent engagement and follow-up.

- Confidence in building relationships with people at all levels.
- Experience in a Sales or Business Development role.
- Familiarity with Salesforce (desirable).
