We’re looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Retirement Communications team and lead the way in delivering exceptional client service, strategic direction, and innovative communication solutions. In this role, you’ll be the trusted partner for our clients, managing relationships and ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of service. You’ll lead strategic discussions, workshops, and meetings, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored retirement communication strategies that align with client goals. From overseeing project planning to ensuring the quality of complex communication materials, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end service and relationship management for assigned clients, ensuring the highest quality of work and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement retirement communication strategies that align with business and client goals.
- Oversee project and campaign planning, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and strategic objectives.
- Provide consultancy and strategic direction to senior stakeholders through meetings, workshops, and calls.
- Support communication ROI through measurement, analytics, and insights.
About You
- Experience in retirement communications or pensions, with a strong understanding of the industry.
- A proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, including Board-level executives.
- A collaborative approach to problem-solving and a knack for turning challenges into opportunities.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, whether in writing or in person.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
- A passion for mentoring and developing team members to achieve their best.
