This is a national role where you’ll work closely with clients to create bespoke protection solutions that truly make an impact. As a Protection Consultant, you’ll take charge of a portfolio of business and personal protection clients, delivering outstanding service and tailored solutions. You’ll build trusted relationships, becoming the go-to adviser for your clients. By identifying opportunities to grow and improve, you’ll expand lines of cover and enhance service delivery. You’ll also play a vital role in generating new business, exceeding targets, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients. Your expertise will help safeguard futures and reduce risks for those who rely on us.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong understanding of the protection market, including products, policies, and compliance.
  • Excels at building and maintaining client relationships, delivering exceptional service every time.
  • Communicates clearly and confidently, making complex topics easy to understand.
  • Is highly organised, able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Is tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
  • Is committed to professional growth and compliance excellence.
  • Has the rights to work in the UK.
  • Being DipPFS qualified - or at least holding the R04 qualification - would be advantageous.
