We’re on the lookout for a passionate Flexible Benefits Consultant to join our Client Technology consultancy team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping clients seamlessly implement and manage Gallagher’s innovative Guide Benefits platform. If you love working with cutting-edge technology, solving challenges, and building meaningful relationships, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This position would suit an individual with proven experience in SaaS delivery, implementation, or consulting and has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; acquired from working in the UK Flexible Benefits or broader Employee Benefits industries. You will need the ability to manage multiple projects and clients with an analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities, and as such, demonstrable experience relating to this is also key for this position.

Compensation and benefits
