We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Business Development Team Leader to join our dynamic Direct Healthcare team in Lytham. In this role, you’ll lead a talented group of consultants, delivering outstanding client service, expert advice, and driving exciting new business opportunities.

You should be highly organised and detail-oriented, thrive under pressure, able to manage multiple tasks and can meet tight deadlines with ease. Your exceptional communication skills enable you to build strong, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike, and you'll also be deeply committed to delivering fair and outstanding service to every customer.
