In this senior DC consulting role at Redington, you will have overall responsibility for some of our largest DC clients, which include master trusts, collective DC, single-employer trusts, sponsors, IGCs and pension providers. You will be supported by specialists from our asset-liability, manager research and responsible investment teams.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to be part of the leadership team within Redington’s DC practice, where you’ll be responsible for:

  • Shaping the firm’s DC strategy
  • Industry leading research
  • The continued enhancement of technology to support our work
  • Marketing, public relations and business development

This role is for you if you are:

  • An investment professional with between 8-15 years of experience working with DC pensions clients
  • Able to have an eye for detail and strong technical knowledge, balanced with a view of the bigger strategic picture
  • Keen to help others develop and grow in industry and practical knowledge
  • Effective at building trusted client relationships

It would be great if you also have:

  • CFA or FIA qualifications, although not a prerequisite
  • Experience co/leading clients
  • Experience of managing junior colleagues and keen to grow your people skills
