We’re on the lookout for a Flexible Benefits Client Leader to join our dynamic Client Technology team in London. This is your chance to take the lead in managing senior client partnerships, ensuring seamless delivery of cutting-edge employee benefits technology, and driving business growth.
As a Flexible Benefits Client Leader, you’ll be at the heart of building trusted, long-term partnerships with senior client stakeholders, becoming their go-to expert and advisor. You’ll lead the delivery of cutting-edge employee benefits platforms, ensuring every project is executed on time, within scope, and to the highest standard. By identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and engagement, you’ll help businesses achieve their goals while driving meaningful outcomes. You’ll inspire and guide a talented team of consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Using data-driven insights, you’ll empower clients to optimise their employee benefits strategies, all while driving business growth through renewals, upselling, and expanding partnerships. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll ensure best practices are followed, delivering exceptional results every step of the way.
To be successful with your application, we're eager to speak to individuals with demonstrable experience in Flexible Benefits consulting or delivering technology-driven Employee Benefits solutions, with a talent for building and managing senior client relationships. A skilled communicator, you'll be adept at combining commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset and a strategic yet hands-on approach. It is also important that you have successfully led teams, scaling operations to meet growing demands, and have a strong understanding of SaaS platforms, delivery methodologies like Agile or waterfall, and data-driven decision-making. Further, you will be passionate about creating value and making a meaningful difference for clients.
