As a Pensions Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of occupational pension schemes, including Defined Benefit (DB), Defined Contribution (DC), and Hybrid pensions.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Administering the full pension lifecycle, including both automated and manual calculations.
  • Drafting correspondence and reports for scheme members and clients with precision.
  • Running pensioner payrolls and supporting the Client Executive team.
  • Liaising with scheme members via email, letter, and telephone, ensuring professional and efficient query resolution.
  • Handling non-standard client and member queries with confidence.
  • Collaborating with team members and building strong relationships with supporting teams.
  • Providing support to team members and assisting the Team Leader as required.

About You - What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in administering Defined Benefit (DB) and/or Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes (advantageous).
  • A willingness to study or currently studying towards the Pension Management Institute’s CPC qualification.
  • Strong analytical skills with a logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to process, collect, and input data accurately.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills to meet deadlines and disclosure requirements.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • You must have the right to work in the UK.
