In this senior DC consulting role at Redington, you will have overall responsibility for some of our largest DC clients, which include master trusts, collective DC, single-employer trusts, sponsors, IGCs and pension providers. You will be supported by specialists from our asset-liability, manager research and responsible investment teams.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to be part of the leadership team within Redington’s DC practice, where you’ll be responsible for:
- Shaping the firm’s DC strategy
- Industry leading research
- The continued enhancement of technology to support our work
- Marketing, public relations and business development
This role is for you if you are:
- An investment professional with between 8-15 years of experience working with DC pensions clients
- Able to have an eye for detail and strong technical knowledge, balanced with a view of the bigger strategic picture
- Keen to help others develop and grow in industry and practical knowledge
- Effective at building trusted client relationships
It would be great if you also have CFA or FIA qualifications, although not a prerequisite. Experience co/leading clients and experience of managing junior colleagues and keen to grow your people skills.
