As a Team Leader within our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing the execution and day-to-day oversight of a varied portfolio of projects. Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our projects and enhancing operational efficiency. Additionally, you will lead, motivate, and develop your team, making a meaningful impact in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
How you'll make an impact:
- Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Plan, budget, allocate resources, and manage projects and events to align with organisational objectives.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the Team Leader.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve departmental efficiency and optimise processes.
- Compile and present operational reports to senior management.
- Analyse data to identify trends and recommend opportunities for process improvements.
- Offer guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to pension regulations, including GMP/GMPE, minimum pension increases, and disclosure requirements.
- Review and interpret Scheme Booklets, Trust Deeds, Rules, Benefit Specifications, and Actuarial instructions to determine appropriate actions.
- Participate in Trustee and ad hoc client meetings as needed.
- Support client account managers with documentation and other responsibilities.
About You:
- Experienced Team Leader in pensions administration or a Project Analyst within the pensions sector.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proven track record.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in DB, DC, and Hybrid Pension Schemes.
- Outstanding analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in performance management, including conducting regular reviews.
- Strong ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and handle competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Skilled in conducting audits, identifying risks, and driving process improvements.
- Relevant qualifications such as PMI or Prince2 are highly advantageous.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.

- Minimum of 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, and the option to ‘buy’ extra days.
