Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Pensions Administrator at Gallagher. At Gallagher, we’re renowned for providing tailored insurance and risk management solutions, and our pensions team is no exception.

As a Pensions Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of occupational pension schemes, including Defined Benefit (DB), Defined Contribution (DC), and Hybrid pensions:

  • Administering the full pension lifecycle, including both automated and manual calculations.
  • Liaising with scheme members via email, letter, and telephone, ensuring professional and efficient query resolution.
  • Collaborating with team members and building strong relationships with supporting teams.

Experience in administering Defined Benefit (DB) and/or Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes is advantageous. A willingness to study or currently studying towards the Pension Management Institute’s CPC qualification is also required. You should have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to process, collect, and input data accurately. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
