OverviewAs a Client Benefits Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our clients by managing the Gallagher Guide Flex platform. This includes tasks such as uploading and downloading data, configuring the platform, and maintaining effective communications with clients and internal Gallagher teams. While prior experience in Employee Benefits is advantageous, it is not essential. What we value most is your ability to manage complex workflows, maintain exceptional attention to detail, and deliver outstanding client service, even when handling competing priorities and tight deadlines.
