As a Complaints Manager, you’ll take the lead in managing our complaints process, ensuring it operates seamlessly and efficiently. By analysing complaints and Errors & Omissions, you’ll uncover trends and drive meaningful improvements. Collaborating with teams across the business, you’ll play a key role in reducing complaints, streamlining processes, and enhancing the experience for pension scheme members. You’ll also spearhead national initiatives and champion continuous improvement, making a tangible impact on the quality of our services.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- Proven experience in managing complaints, preferably within trust-based pensions administration.
- Exceptional ability to simplify complex information and communicate it with clarity.
- Knowledge of trust-based pension schemes such as DB, DC, CARE, or Hybrid (a plus).
- Strong organisational skills to effectively manage workloads and meet deadlines.
- An understanding of professional standards and regulatory practices.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to pursue relevant qualifications if not already achieved.

Compensation and benefits:
- Minimum of 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, and the option to ‘buy’ extra days.
