In this Outbound Telesales role, you’ll never have to make a cold call! Everyone you call will have asked for a call with us. It’ll be down to you to give them the information they’re looking for, ultimately helping us grow our business through sales.

On a day-to-day basis you’ll call small to medium sized companies to find out what Employee Benefits they currently have in place (i.e. Private Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Income Protection etc) and when those benefits are due for renewal. You’ll then:

  • Update our database with information on their existing benefits/schemes for future prospecting
  • Pitch anything “In Date” or imminent. Any business signed will earn commission!
  • Promote Gallagher Employee Benefits Services to prospective clients.

We’re looking for someone with the ability to build a good relationship quickly, over the phone. And you’ll have a genuine desire to succeed. Don’t worry if you’ve never done a role like this before, we’ll give you all the training you need to succeed!

Minimum requirements (essentials):

  • Be comfortable talking to company owners, directors and senior management on the phone
  • Be comfortable with targets, and working in a target driven environment
  • Eligibility to work in the UK

Nice to haves (desirables):

  • Previous experience in a similar role (Telesales)
