In this Outbound Telesales role, youâll never have to make a cold call! Everyone you call will have asked for a call with us. Itâll be down to you to give them the information theyâre looking for, ultimately helping us grow our business through sales.

On a day-to-day basis youâll call small to medium sized companies to find out what Employee Benefits they currently have in place (i.e. Private Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Income Protection etc) and when those benefits are due for renewal. Youâll then:
- Update our database with information on their existing benefits/schemes for future prospecting
- Pitch anything âIn Dateâ or imminent. Any business signed will earn commission!
- Promote Gallagher Employee Benefits Services to prospective clients.

Minimum requirements (essentials):
- Be comfortable talking to company owners, directors and senior management on the phone
- Be comfortable with targets, and working in a target driven environment
- Eligibility to work in the UK
