As a Motor Claims Handler / Adjuster, you’ll manage a portfolio of motor damage claims from start to finish. You’ll assess claims, make decisions on liability and settlement amounts, and work closely with clients, brokers, suppliers, claimants, and their representatives. Your role will involve:
- Handling motor damage claims from first notification to settlement.
- Communicating effectively via phone and email.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Making informed decisions on claims, including liability and quantum.
A basic understanding of insurance concepts, confidence and comfort in an office environment, working knowledge of Microsoft Word, strong English language and letter‑writing skills, a respectful and professional approach to customer service, excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in your career are essential.
