Are you an enthusiastic individual eager to embark on a career in insurance claims handling? We are seeking a Trainee Casualty Claims Handler to join our team in Tamworth. In this role, you’ll receive comprehensive on-the-job training to prepare you for success in your career.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Oversee a portfolio of public and employers' liability claims for local government clients.
- Handle claims from first notification to settlement, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Receive training to make informed decisions on quantum and liability.
- Work closely with partners like clients, brokers, suppliers, claimants, and their representatives.
- Utilise multiple communication channels, such as phone and email.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills.
