Join our team at Gallagher Bassett, based in the picturesque location of Strata House, Blisworth Hill Farm, Northamptonshire. As a Defence Claims Handler, youâll manage your own caseload of pre-litigated claims, helping third parties resolve their motor and property loss claims. How youâll make an impact:
- Handle motor claims from start to finish, ensuring theyâre managed efficiently and accurately.
- Communicate with clients, third parties, insurers, and legal representatives to negotiate settlements and resolve claims.
- Support the Claims Manager and other team leads when needed and contribute to the success of the team.
- Manage claims effectively and deliver excellent service.
About You:
- Self-motivated and proactive, with experience in handling third-party motor claims.
- Clear communicator who works well independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and ready to adapt to unexpected situations.
- Having a Law degree or insurance qualification is a bonus, itâs not essential.
