Overview

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to manage claims from start to finish, while delivering exceptional service to clients?

You’ll be known internally as a Desktop Claims Technician, where you will handle a caseload of claims, ensuring effective communication with clients via phone and email.

This role requires a proactive and detail‑oriented individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is committed to delivering outstanding results.

Please note that this is a fully remote position, working Monday‑Friday 9am‑5pm.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Your role will be to manage a caseload of property claims from start to finish, ensuring efficient and accurate handling while delivering exceptional client service. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will involve:

  • Responding to client queries via phone and email within agreed service levels
  • Communicating claims decisions clearly and effectively
  • Ensuring compliance policies, procedures, and file management best practices
  • Supporting team success by assisting colleagues and sharing knowledge

About You

  • Proven experience in property claims handling.
  • Previous phone‑based customer service experience, ideally within insurance.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, alongside problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Self‑motivated and committed to delivering exceptional service, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
