Overview
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to manage claims from start to finish, while delivering exceptional service to clients?
Youâll be known internally as a Desktop Claims Technician, where you will handle a caseload of claims, ensuring effective communication with clients via phone and email.
This role requires a proactive and detailâoriented individual who thrives in a fastâpaced environment and is committed to delivering outstanding results.
Please note that this is a fully remote position, working MondayâFriday 9amâ5pm.
How Youâll Make An Impact
Your role will be to manage a caseload of property claims from start to finish, ensuring efficient and accurate handling while delivering exceptional client service. Your dayâtoâday responsibilities will involve:
- Responding to client queries via phone and email within agreed service levels
- Communicating claims decisions clearly and effectively
- Ensuring compliance policies, procedures, and file management best practices
- Supporting team success by assisting colleagues and sharing knowledge
About You
- Proven experience in property claims handling.
- Previous phoneâbased customer service experience, ideally within insurance.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, alongside problemâsolving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Selfâmotivated and committed to delivering exceptional service, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
