We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Frontline Services team in Ipswich. This is a full-time, onsite role where you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and support. If you’re passionate about helping people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
In this role, you will work shifts (no night shifts) you’ll handle incoming calls and manage your workload with professionalism and accuracy. You’ll follow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and use the training and resources provided to ensure every customer interaction is seamless. You’ll record customer details accurately in our systems, communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and embrace feedback to continuously improve.
